NAMA is led by engineers - people who combine deep technical knowledge and a proven record in project delivery with the judgement to take sound, long-term decisions on behalf of our clients and the communities they serve.
We are an independent firm, owned and directed by the senior engineers who practise within it. We have no external investors and answer to no outside shareholders. That independence is deliberate: it keeps our engineering advice objective, lets us put our clients' interests first, and gives us the freedom to take the long view on the infrastructure we help shape, infrastructure that must stand up to audit and public scrutiny, and truly serve communities for generations.
NAMA's Board of Directors and the firm's engineer-owners together form our leadership. The Board of Directors, chaired by President Michalis Kaloudis, holds the legal and strategic stewardship of the company.

Our senior engineer-shareholders drive NAMA's technical direction and day-to-day management across our eleven markets: water, environment, mobility, energy, data centres, urban development, international development, education & sports, mining, culture and healthcare.

We hold ourselves to standards that stand up to audit, opposition and public scrutiny - because the decisions we help our clients make must do the same. Independent, objective engineering judgement is only worth as much as the governance behind it, and ours is built to be transparent and accountable at every level of the firm.
NAMA's governance is expressed through an integrated framework of certified management systems and published corporate policies. These cover quality, environmental management, occupational health and safety, information security, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and anti-discrimination, anti-harassment and workplace conduct. Together they define how we lead, how we manage projects, and how the interests of our clients, our people and the wider public are reflected in our decisions.
We believe transparency around how a business is owned, led and held to account is part of good engineering. It is what allows our clients to commit early to complex, costly and publicly scrutinised projects - and to defend those decisions for the full life of the asset.
